Section 1 – Products
We sell menstruation underwear. There are several models available.
Section 2 – Payments
The (total) price (including BTW) of the products is indicated in our web shop. The transaction is processed through our online payment service; Mollie B.V.. They provide the payment service for Lotties Period. Shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart and can be of different value depending on the country of shipment.
Section 3 – Deliveries
We will deliver your product(s) to the address you stated when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the ( mailbox-) package. You will not receive a track and trace code, because this has no effect on a mailbox package. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. We guarantee that you will receive your order 5 days after confirmation of the order, at the latest. If this does not happen, you can ask us to refund the amount you paid for the product immediately.
Section 4 – Return policy
You may always return the product within 30 days of receiving it. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After you have received a confirmation from us, you need to send the product back within 30 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 7 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. During this time period when you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.
Section 5 – Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if such damage was caused by us on purpose, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.
Section 6 – Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials, are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the rights holder). Your use may not cause infringement
Section 7 – Customer complaints
If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear it. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as thoroughly as possible) to email@example.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, within five days after receipt of your complaint at the latest. If it takes longer to resolve your complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within two days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response.
Section 8 – Dispute settlement
These general terms and conditions and the agreements that we conclude with you are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in North Holland is authorized.
